Just back from Consigliano Valdobiadone region of Italy. We did a 3 vineyard wine tour. This was the best Prosecco I have ever tasted. What we learned is that you have to Look for D. O. C. G. On the label and the seal over the cork. Thls region produces the best Prosecco. I’m now on a mission to find the best I can get in CT. — a year ago

This Champagne was disgorged 10-1013. The Bollinger Granda Année never disappoints! She is the quite beauty in the black dress with the grey pearls, intriguing, complex, soft. Has a lovely floral, pair, green apple nose, the mousse is fine, precise, the flavors posses same complexity as the nose, it is crisp, far from austere finish. — 8 years ago
