Just back from Consigliano Valdobiadone region of Italy. We did a 3 vineyard wine tour. This was the best Prosecco I have ever tasted. What we learned is that you have to Look for D. O. C. G. On the label and the seal over the cork. Thls region produces the best Prosecco. I’m now on a mission to find the best I can get in CT. — a year ago

I am preparing for a trip Portugal in a week so I am drinking Portuguese wines this week. This was a surprise find for me. It is the best red from Douro region that I have had. It was a 2016 closeout for $5.99. I am going to get more tomorrow. — 4 months ago
