Very interesting white, Posip. The closest analogue would be Torrontes.
Dry white wine that is strangely seductive, every sip entertains your palate and even your lips just like a kiss. Slightly heavier body and minimal fruit with grapefruit, pear, and green apple. Lovely Croatian creation;-) — 8 years ago
Always fun but perhaps a bit youthful at the moment. Great cocktail wine. — 4 years ago
Not knowing much about Croatian wine, we asked the advice of our waiter who's knowledge clearly exceeded the requirements of the majority of his job. A beautiful crisp, clean wine with a great balance of dry vs. fruit. — 7 years ago
Fabius white wine, hints of grass, butter , citrus, not a million miles from Jura vin jaune. Went well with wild sea bass in a tarragon and beure blanc sauce. Lasting note of butterscotch. — 6 years ago
Great with fish, raw or cooked. — 8 years ago

Barley, brine, lemon. Medium bodied- fleshy. Maybe the lobster on the label is suggestive, but this wine would be fantastic with seafood. — a year ago
