Stoney minerality, white flower and bruised pear on the nose. More minerality on the palate along with citrus, green fruit notes and a refreshing and long delightful finish. With a bit of oxygen it evolves in the glass to develop this beautiful marzipan quality. ☺️ — 9 years ago

Ink, wood chips, and plums on the nose. I never thought I'd describe a red wine as bone dry, but this is it. Ripe berries, plum, spice and a good showing of the cab franc against the cab sauv and merlot in this one. Probably a bit too much oak for this juice, but it paired well with pizza (what doesn't?).
