Cut my hair and oh hell I’m Samson looking to Cali cab to be my strength and to be even more didactic I wanted quality, delicious Cab I could procure at my local grocery because in LA we don’t go out in anything more than a light drizzle. Fucking oh. Into this one. It’s solid and lush. Taste notes: goes well w classic bearnaise flavors which I stuck into a waffle but really? Deep red with vanilla accents and black fruit tones to nose. Little astringent so it needs to cool down to the recommended temperature (18 c.). Medium persistence to tongue. — 8 years ago

2011 Binyamina Yogev Samson Red Wine Blend. 50% Cabernet 50% Merlot. Dark cherries, plums and raisins with vanilla and licorice. Soft tannins. Slightly sweet mid-palate. I would place this as a Bordeaux every time. — 10 years ago
