Great beer. Not overly flavoured but the "essence" of earl grey. — 6 years ago
First day of spring, the missing piece of our Kindeli collection. Light yellow- peach colour. Citrus nose. Light bubbles. Soft, apple, pear, stone fruit. Grapefruit on the back, slight bitterness. Refreshing. Medium acid. Sweet - but balanced. Light medium body.
Paired with Salt and Vinegar. — 5 years ago
100% Sauvignon Blanc
Pale/light straw yellow, transparent.
The nose of freshly cut grass, green apple,
Light bodied, high acidity, dry. Explosive notes of exotic fruits - honeydew melon, ripe Thai papaya, juicy pineapple, grapefruit. Spring leaves. Sea salt and mineral profile adds complexity. Refreshing and crisp.
This is NZ SB as it should be. Très très bien! 89 — 7 years ago
My go to rose. Reminds me of my birthday during the spring! Vibrant, joyful and fresh- the nose brings a delicate floral note and strawberries. The palate has lime zest, candied/salt dipped strawberries, ripe raspberries and cherry blossoms. Very balanced and tastes structured for such a young wine. If I was stranded on an island with one wine for the rest of my life this might be it. — 6 years ago
Nectarine, apricot and pear, evolves into spring flowers and sea salt. Palate is surprisingly complex, fruit is balanced, acidity soaring, and that bit of white pepper hits on the finish w a pleasant touch of almondy bitterness. — 10 years ago
Rich Friedland
Soft tannins, low alcohol content keeping it light in flavor. Enjoyed this little gem. — 4 years ago
