Lovely aromatics, ripe red fruit, internationally pleasing. Organic wine. Big, fruity, med+ acid, med- tannin, nice balance with hint of herbaceousness. Quite different than the benchmark CC style. $65 — 4 years ago

I’m not usually a Chianti fan but i thoroughly enjoyed this — 5 years ago
Classic amarone: Prunes, figs, raisins, dark chocolate notes with great firm tannins but still fresh and acidity. Brighter than other years but definitely a tasty wine that pairs well with steak or certain desserts. Definitely will try other vintages. — a month ago
Took a good hour to open up. But once it did there was good fruit and a decent earthy base. Lots of integrated structure — 7 months ago

Light and flowery on the nose and an opening splash of oranges followed by medley of plum, anise, fig and apple. The finish is moderate in acidity with hint of smoke. — 7 hours ago
