Very Special thing, this thing. Flows in the glass murky orange and viscous and foamy. Smells heavily of honey, oranges, lemonade and acetone (nail polish remover). Tastes like Fizzies™, only way better.
Had it at Maxim, the new natural wine bar in Berlin-Mitte. Very nice place, and the owner gave us The Thing when we asked for a dessert wine :-) 50+5+14+17+9 — 9 years ago
