Vintage 2018 | Bastides d’Alquier made from Grenache and Syrah. Lots and lots of character. A clear cellar wine that does not give its beauty easily, rich and complex smell with laurel, flint, leather, cigarbox wood. Tannins in taste, it seems the wine screams for a steak or a piece of very old Gouda cheese. — a year ago
