Knockout pairing for Osso Bucco with cauliflower rice! Absolutely perfect. Fruit forward nose after a LOT of breathing time, crushed strawberries, with notes of olives, tar with beautiful spice notes. Medium bodied, gripping but not “clutching” tannins, there’s prominent acidity, dry, bright spice, with smokiness olive juice, and cigar smoke to the finish.
