Mon amour ❤️ More powerful than the Cote de Brouilly, deeper and certainly more structure. This falls perfectly in the category of "power without weight".
Fruit profile's similar to the Cote de Brouilly - a mix of red and black fruits, with a little more weight and richness. A step up in spiciness and savouriness. Clear licorice, pepper, rhubarb, and beetroot notes. Some floral elements thrown in the mix. There's a super energetic acidity and stoniness. Long, smoky finish. Could drink a lot of this now, but cellaring would benefit it heaps.
From 60 years-old vines. Warmer site than the Cote de Brouilly. Organic, vinification semi-carbonic in concrete tanks without sulfur. Corne Verte - a blend of yellow and pink granite, clay, and diorite found only in Odenas. Elevage for 11 months in used foudres and barrels. Annual production of 3,000 bottles. — 5 years ago
Bright pink color and flavor, not fruit dominant or dry, not too sweet — 3 years ago
La triple ce coup-ci. Artisanale à souhait. Il y a d'ailleurs de petits dépôts dans la bouteille. Belle couleur dorée, très fruitée et on sent quand même les 10°. En tous cas goût excellent et beaucoup de caractère. — 8 years ago

Blonde légère qui titre à 5.9. Goût artisanal et fruité. Bière très agréable. Et l'étiquette de la bouteille est sympa — 8 years ago
