Prominent non-fruit aromas of gravel and saline, with underlying lime. Lots of citrusy acid balanced by a rounder body and soft mouthfeel, with lingering saltiness. A great end of summer wine! — 2 years ago

Fairly dark colour, almost metallic red, ripe, dark cherries on the nose, full, concentrated fruit, wild strawberries and loads of cherries on the palate, dark, earthy undertones yet elegant, precious. Not a light, fruity pinot noir, rather warm and full flavour with a deep, long finish. Still I prefer 2010 Springfield pinot. — 10 years ago
