An outstanding wine from Paso Robles producer L'Adventure. A huge wine, with amazing structure and depth. Though it's still a very young wine, 20 years or more of aging is possible, it's nothing but a refined hedonistic experience in the short term. 2007 Optimus, sporting plenty of sediment, so decant accordingly!
