Excellent Californian Pinot Noir - far too drinkable — 9 years ago
Little bit fruity but very nice. Deep color, doesnt seem like a traditional pinot. Good price at cwv 12.99 or so. Would get again. — 12 years ago
Arena's flagship wine, coming from a limestone vineyard that required a jackhammer to plant the vines. Purchased upon release and I can't tell you how many times I've talked myself out of opening this bottle. It was worth the wait. The timing couldn't be better. An inspiring, coming of age wine that beautifully displays its juxtaposition of French and Italian influences. Weathered black cherry, vividly fresh lavender, worn leather, clay pottery, and a distinct minerality that shows depth and verve. — 8 years ago

A nice compromise of butter and steel. Creamy and soft yet on the brighter side of the butter knife. — 6 years ago
