Lovely Pinot noir, Chardonnay blend. Fine mousse, hints of summer fruits. — 10 years ago
My parents have arrived for Christmas and naturally they had to pick a little something up duty free on the way 🍾🍾
Champagne Deutz is formerly known as Deutz Geldermann. The champagne house is in the Aÿ region of Champagne and was founded in 1838. It’s owned by the Rouzaud family, who also own Louis Roederer Champagne.
We definitely enjoyed this Deutz Brut Classic from its pale white gold shade in the glass to the vibrant sherbet, citrus peel, lemongrass and brioche notes on the nose. Wonderfully dry and moreish on the palate. I’d definitely drink it again!

Stunning salmon-pink. Elegant nose opens up with Pinot Noir red berries: cherry, strawberry and raspberry. Soft, crisp expressive bouquet with depth. True house style. Brut Rosé is among the core wines in the portfolio. Most of the fruit is sourced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites. In 1983, after generations of ownership by the Deutz & Geldermann families, the company was sold to the Rouzaud family, the owners of Louis Roederer. Perfect pairing with juicy Ribeye steaks!
