A beautiful Burgundian expression of chardonnay somewhere halfway between the salty freshness of a chablis and the buttery fatty character of a Mersault. Balance between fruits (citruses, melon) and aging (nuts, toasted hazelnut), arbitrated by fermented notes such as brioche, butter. Very elegant.
