Great example from Languedoc, Faugéres. Simon Coulshaw is a great winemaker and I love his wines, they are really worth a try. This one is a velvet like wine with character. The tannins are smooth but lasts long. We drank it to a grilled lamb filet with a red wine and balsamico based sauce. It was just perfect! — 7 years ago

We picked this up in 2012 at the winery, and then forgot about it till now. It's held up fantastic. Well established roussanne character with a nice silky mouthfeel and an honest backbone. Can't wait to revisit and try the latest vintage. — 9 years ago
