A classic Bordeaux - gravelly, cedary, with the unmistakable pencil shavings & green bell peppers - an organic 85/15 blend of Merlot / Cab Franc from Fronsac. Nice precision & purity on the palate with ripe plums and juicy & polished tannins. Lacks a tiny bit in the finish but overall a v. nice Bordeaux and great value, too. — 3 years ago
