Earthy dark berries on the nose. Mouthwatering acidity on the palate. Earth and moss blended with candied cherries and raspberries with cinnamon and clove on the palate. Overall crisp and earthy with fruit undertones. The finish is long and dry. I would pair with a spicy pasta to counterbalance the earthiness. — a year ago
