Georgian white. Chkhaveri Amber is a Guria native varietal which can be made into a white or a rosé. Pressed with only a few hours of skin contact. 1200 bottles produced. Slight oxidized nature à la Jura, but very subtle. 12% ABV. Really like this wine. — 4 years ago
