Amazing Cab, an authentic jewel from Valle de Guadalupe. Deep purple color, super expressive nose from the start, at first with lots of alcohol but evolved very nicely into red fruit jam and caramel. Very lactic. Very elegant in the palate, silky tannin and the tipical saline aftertaste from Ensenada. I hope I can find some more bottles to enjoy it again. — 6 years ago
