Same as previous. Wine for Pino! 6/12/22 BD Grad celebration with Cindy/David Et Al. — 2 years ago
At a beautiful spot. Nice golden color, fragrant minerals laced nose and tingling texture into long finish. Went nicely with variety of Indian dishes from Rasa for Leila’s one day early dinner with Cindy David. — 2 years ago
it’s a little earthy and funky, even chewy. should drink soon though 2 years ago was crisp and perfect — 5 years ago
For London Lees Edi Steph Cindy David Day late BD dinner. Turns out Gerwurtz favorite of Mabel and Edi. Wonderful tropical nose of leechee mango etc but with acidity and bite on palate and not as sweet as nose might suggest. — a year ago
Very nice wine hanging strong since over a decade ago from GL. 6/12/22 BD Grad celebration with Cindy/David Et Al. — 2 years ago
Well perhaps the last bottle and indeed improved with a bit of age. Slate! Bracing acidity but well balanced. Quick lunch with Cindy David and perfect match on a super hot day. — 5 years ago
For London Lees Edi Steph Cindy David Day late BD dinner and Edi’s afternoon request. Nice golden amber color and nicely balanced floral unctuous profile. — a year ago
Outstanding white Burg. All the stony white fruit yet creamy texture and finish of the class. Yum. 6/12/22 BD Grad celebration with Cindy/David Et Al. — 2 years ago
One of my favorites from Premiere Napa Valley 2020. #pnv20 #pnv2020 #napa Only 5 cases. Staglin clonal selection of Cabernet Sauvignon
A second generation Martha’s Clone, originally planted on the estate in the 1960s by André Tchelistcheff
Single barrel selected by winemaker Fredrik Johansson as a roto fermentation and aging in the same barrel
Your wine showcases opulence, elegance, nuance and complexity
This is the first time we are creating single barrel selection of the Staglin Clone Cabernet Sauvignon for Premiere Napa Valley. Harvested on Oct. 26, 2018 from our Rutherford Bench estate vines that were originally planted in the 1960s by the famed Andre Tchelistcheff and repropagated in 1990 under the talented hand of David Abreu. Winemaker Fredrik Johnasson selected these grapes for an in-barrel roto fermentation where the wine currently ages awaiting its future owner. One of the greatest vintages we have seen on our estate, this wine showcases the opulence, elegance, nuance and complexity our Cabernet Sauvignon has become known for.

For London Lees Edi Steph Cindy David Day late BD dinner. Sub for the’69 Martini Cab for mixed takeout menu from Vietnamese place. Bright and balanced and nice grip though I mostly drank the Martini. — a year ago
