Honestly, the Argentine Malbec’s are king, but this French Cahors ain’t bad. The nose was especially nice. Tannins definitely show up early. Black berries are powerfully up front. Not much chocolate and not much licorice. Aftertaste is totally PLUM and pepper. — 6 months ago

Nice. Haven’t had wine in a while so not sure if I just miss it or is a nice bottle. Nice nose. Nice amount of tannins. Not terribly dry. Overall very nice. Be better with chocolate cake but the kids ate it. — 3 years ago
