Tannic smell, but smooth and lightly acidic flavor, not much fruit, very clean — 4 years ago

Best drunk 2 days after opening. Nose becomes much more subtle and the palate becomes more fruit forward while keeping a consistent acidity. Still quite dry, tannic on the nose and palate, but less than before. Finish remains clean and slightly acidic.
