Quite decent for the money. Opens up over time into a lot of vanilla that can start to be out of balance, but nice to drink otherwise. — 3 years ago

Light and refreshing. Lots of lemon and tart apple. Mineral notes and leather on back of tongue. High acidity lends well to small amount of sweetness in a mostly dry wine. — 3 years ago

Delicious, super dark and highly alcoholic. Dark berries and hints of plum. Low tannins mix in with alcohol. Very slightly acidic on tongue but mid to high dry. Not much noticeable oak. — 3 years ago

Needs more cellar time or a lot of breathing outside of bottle. Opens up in a lovely way to baking spices, black pepper, and rose. Would love to have another bottle in a couple years. — 3 years ago

Rich and buttery. Very smooth. Low acidity. High alcohol. Pencil on the nose. Some pear and lighter fruit come through in finish. Quite nice, pairs beautifully with soup. Medium tannins that grab the tongue just a bit. — 3 years ago

A completely average wine, not much to it, but certainly drinkable. Letting it breath helped but minimally. Inoffensive in most ways with slight tannin. — 3 years ago

Cherry, oak, and vanilla on the nose, plenty of tannin but not sharp. Very clean and smooth finish. Quite acidic, but in the best way. Lighter fruits such as strawberry come in on the finish and you are left with citrus and a bit of oak. Lovely — 3 years ago

Tannic smell, but smooth and lightly acidic flavor, not much fruit, very clean — 3 years ago

Best drunk 2 days after opening. Nose becomes much more subtle and the palate becomes more fruit forward while keeping a consistent acidity. Still quite dry, tannic on the nose and palate, but less than before. Finish remains clean and slightly acidic.
