Love 2016 and this wonderful Cornas from a new young star, Jean-Francois Jacouton. Gorgeous nose. So expressive. Big red berry fruit but tempered by awesome granitic minerality. A little tweed coat. SmokeZ Graphite. Even some pencil lead. So so aromatic. So elegant with wonderful purity and freshness. Love this elegant style of Cornas. Terrific purity and concentration and a wonderful finish that is super mineral with velvety tannins. Such terrific freshness. I love 16. Great today better in 3 years. — 5 years ago
