Raspberry nose with a hint of barnyard funk. On the palate black tea, tart cherry, cocoa and oak give way to acid that builds through the finish with lingering tobacco notes. A nicely balanced wine with a bold flavor profile and light mouthfeel. — 7 years ago

Blend of Merlot (65%), Cabernet Sauvignon (25%), Cabernet Franc (3%) and Petite Verdot (3%). Dark and murky garnet color. Aromas of violets, forest floor and black fruit with a touch of graphite. Flavors of red plum and blackberry fruit with hints of tobacco and dark chocolate. Medium finish and body with reasonably well polished dusty tannins. Nicely structured. Solid.value. — 6 days ago
