First nose hit is an explosion blasting of black powder mellowing to burnt dark chocolate cast against a pot of mashed rutabaga strangely accented by cherry - a dirty mix not match - "it makes me wonder..." All that lingers, as I pull a first blush taste across and through my lips letting it pool while its vege tannins play water polo with the fruit ultimately merging into a tie that settles nicely but with a less than fortunate short finish - spent from the unresolved conflict where the action above succumbs to the tredding battle below the rim. If you are able or even interested swimmer, then take a shallow dive into this sweat weathered pool, nasty but rewarding...
