Unusual skin-contact white made with 100% Pedro Ximénez (also known as Pero Ximén in Málaga) from a very old vineyard in Cerro de Santo Pitar in the Sierras de Málaga (just 258 bottles made!). Aged for 13 months in oak. Fresh and mineral. Citrus. Notes of rubber reminiscent of Riesling (for a long time, it was believed Pedro Ximénez was related to Riesling) — 3 years ago
