This is very much an old school cabernet from Napa - big, high alcohol, ripe silky tannins and very fruit forward: black currant, blackberry, black cherry, vanilla, cedar and Stoney minerality. Full bodied but so ripe the acidity takes a backseat to the alcohol. Long finish - very good if this is your style, but for me, one glass is enough. — 2 years ago
This wine from Corsica is really interesting. Very light in colour (local grapes) it is very Cotes du Rhône like in style. Lightly chilled it is a nice surprise. — 6 years ago
