Straw yellow in color. The nose complex, with notes of gooseberry, mango and sliced exotic fruit with pineapple predominant.
Salty, savory taste. Lingering acidulous core which accompanies the entire tasting experience. Firm harmonious structure leaves a flavorful note of exotic fruit and green mint in the finish.
Fermentation in stainless steel tank and French oak tonneau, agening on the lees for 10-12 month. Ageninig in the bottle min 6 month.
