Larger scale boutique winery from Uco Valley Mendoza. This is 90% Malbec with 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Starts with delicate berry and floral notes. Although technically a full Malbec the Cab Sav provides nice depth and structure via medium tannins and acidity. Great design. — 6 years ago
Visual: opaque garnet @ core, purple@ rim, medium viscosity
Nose: chocolate, raisins, pepper, cherry, blk pepper, dates. Ripe fruits.
Palate: high alcohol, youthful, blkberry, chocolate, cherry, clove, not complex, medium length, medium tannins.

Low tannins. Great for drinking alone. — 6 years ago
Pretty darn good. Absolutely a repurchase. (v. 2012) — 8 years ago
This was a good wine and I am not usual a "cab" drinker — 10 years ago

Deep burgundy colour. Much heavier wine with the addition of the Petit Verdot, versus the same Vineyard’s Malbec. Provides good depth, oddly helping accentuate the floral Malbec notes before a nice tannic finish — 6 years ago
