Syrah 100% in amphora made with a different material called gres porcelain which apparently seems to promise the best/perfect transpiration for the wine during the elevation period
The result is great and i hope to put my hand on some of these wines next release cause for now they are all sold out for everything they do.
They work another indigenous variety called raspato and that is good too — 2 years ago
