Interesting wine. Some sort of semi obscure Tuscan grape sometimes used for blending in Chianti. Very very juicy - maybe too much so. Pretty light, but with great fruit and a surprisingly long finish. Good acid, very little in the way of tannins.

Really zippy and refreshing wine with high acidity and a bouncy mouthfeel. Great tropical and citrus fruit which balances the zing, along with just a hint of saline minerality. Lots going on without really feeling complex or too serious. Approachable wine, perfect for a hot day and seafood! — 10 years ago
