Maryland wineries could learn a lot from the Czech wines. Climate is similar. Wine is light but with great fitness. Light ruby color. Aroma of candied fruit, cherry and vanilla. Acid in wine is balanced with astringency and well aged in oak. I can't wait to try the duck with it. — 9 years ago
Surprised but--perfect, with this strudel--must be because our desert is not so over sweet like in U.S. And what I thought might be a dry is in off dry perfection with desert — 10 years ago
