Sake Koji

9.1

Acidic, lively, and slightly sour. This was presented to me as a "farm to table sake". Whatever that means I'll take more of it! One of the most interesting sakes I've tasted. . — 9 years ago

Aizuwakamatsu

Miyaizumi Dry Sake

Miyaizumi sake from Aizuwakamatsu in Fukushima prefecture. Labeled as a dry sake. But there is a hint of sweet and a melon-ish aroma. Very easy to drink.
Made from 70% polished rice. 15% alcohol. Suggested to be served chilled.
