Its the Rose of Sangiovese,
If you like a smooth Rose this is the one to get, not a lot of minerals but not to sweet either, I really cant think of another Rose that has this type of texture. I like it & I'm ashamed I'm talking so much about Rose,

Aesop is Tres Goetting's first solo project. He is making a Rosé of Sangiovese, Pinot Noir from Coombsville and a Grenache Noir from Red Hills that will be released this year under Aesop. His wines are super good!
