Really good LI chard. New oak balancing act. — 4 months ago
Deliciously old-school Cal Chardonnay in the best way. Brings back memories of the 1980s. Toasty buttery barrel fermentation notes, ripe orchard fruit, earthy lemon oil on the nose. More restrained on the palate, with oak, stony minerals, and fruit in equal measure. Bone dry. Good acids. Reminds me of a Pouilly-Fuisse that’s on the oakier end of the spectrum. Nicely done. — 3 months ago
Another bottle from Pellegrini, still in great form. Full, balanced, traditional red blend. — 9 months ago
Refreshing acidity balanced with typical fresh LI Merlot fruit. Absolute delight at 22 years of age. Still fresh fresh fresh. @toppers Nantucket: — 4 months ago
