Super light, smooth, drinkable — 3 years ago
Very similar to the Château Oliver. Major difference is that this wine opens up with more bold dark fruit which is quite velvety. Transitions to a delicious blend of peppers, varied spices and eucalyptus in the middle and end. Great depth and lasting taste that blended well with our Fois gras and cheeses. — 4 years ago
Också ett andravin. Blyerts, vinbär, svarta oliver, plommon, torr, ganska härligt aromatisk. — 3 years ago
Many Naramata producers source their cab grapes off-bench from down Oliver way and while I admire La Frenz for putting together a fully made-in-Naramata package, this wine is somewhat green. That brings out more herbal notes which I can get behind as interesting to a point. A cool weather cab is hard to endorse for elegance though. I don't know if the appeal here will be universally appreciated, but definitely a product of its terroir, and good for La Frenz for embracing local. — 3 years ago
Really love this 50/50 Cinsault/Carignan blend from L’Herault. Added 8 bottles to our “cellar”. Thanks Oliver! — 3 years ago
Well balanced southern BC red blend from Oliver. Didn’t know anything about this wine while drinking. Nor did those I was drinking with. It was a gift. I commented that it was easily the quality of a $30 bottle. You won’t find it in the states and lucky to find in Canada for that matter. Vineyard produces limited number of cases. They state their 2016 vintage at 500 cases. If you do find it, BUY IT! — 3 years ago
— 4 years ago
