It’s got the nose of a Douro red, and the it’s got the punch of a Douro red on the first sip. Strangely enough it becomes a more normal rose on subsequent sips. Crisp and clean acidity until a few bitter high notes intrude on the finish. This is my new favorite rose! — 8 months ago
