2014 vintage drunk in 2025 and it's something of a killer. Coffee roast and dry plum, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch cinnamon. Warm tannins on the palate, bitterness and a liquorice aftertaste. Honey and citrus on the nose. Really nice acid / bite melts away to a quick sweet, but not cloying finish. Overall, very nice with pan seared salmon, roast brussel sprouts, and scratch made baguettes. — 6 years ago
