Tart. Almost tastes like a cab but a little more tarty — 3 years ago
The nose shows a broad spectrum from bright red fruits through to dark and rich plum with some subtle savoury herb undertones. WOW! This is a big deal. It has the weight and power of a top notch port with an enviable tannin structure. Layer upon layer of thick juicy fine grained tannins!
This is masterfully balanced with opulent fruit power. This is a truly luxurious experience. Hats off to the winemakers @Brian Conway and @Craig Isbel and to the Hoffman's and their 130 year old vines in Ebenezer, Barossa valley. — 5 years ago
GREAT flavor! Delicious. — 5 years ago
Delicate and elegant in a way Paso so rarely achieves. Dried roses, red cherry, and licorice across nose and palate. Lean in body but flavor-packed. Brilliant balance and food-friendliness. — 6 years ago
