Jalapeño/bell pepper, raspberry, chalk, underripe blood orange rind, medium tannins (leaning towards medium plus), dried herbs, slightly smoky, cherry on the finish and nice acid. Previous bottle could meld with chicken, not so much on this one. Will save to have with some meat tomorrow 😁 — a month ago
