Oh… là on parle! Une belle robe jaune doré, léger pétillant, belle acidité, bien balancer, mielleux, abricot, rose, pommes verte. Superbe. LCBO $28, je l’ai eu en spécial $21! — 2 years ago
Black fruits. Garrigue. Not complex. Needs air at first. Delicious with chicken and with lamb. Very dry. — 3 years ago
Dark Cherry but much lighter easier to drink — 7 months ago
100% Grenache Blanc. Near clear straw gold with fine bubbles and persistent white mousse. Stony white cherry on the inviting nose. Mineral, green apple, and white cherry on the medium palate. Firm acidity, of course, and a lengthy though faint finish. A novelty now; a staple later. Ingenious vinting of White Grenache as a zero dosage, extra brut bubbly. This should easily be on everyone's mid-range sparkling list for brunch or a dinner starter. Drink when you buy it, of course. — 2 years ago
Star bright yellow gold. Inviting nose of ripe quince and citrus rind. Full-bodied palate echoes the nose adding a firm mineral streak alongside medium acidity. A great Rhône white that’s ready to accompany a wide range of hearty autumn white wine fare. Roasted poultry, seafood risotto or casserole, or white sauces will shine particularly well. My go to tonight is teriyaki salmon. Drink now through 2023. — 3 years ago
Rose gold in color. Smells like the beach, but not in a bad way..? Apricot, salt water and bright red fruit on the nose. Taste is pleasantly dry, but has a funk that probably wouldn't be there were this rosé properly chilled. Want to try again after it's super cold. — 2 years ago

Like most Rhônes, the composition changes vintage to vintage. Current blend is Rousanne (60%), Viognier (25%), and Grenache Blanc (15%). Bright, brassy gold. Abundant and inviting nose of yellow flowers, honeycomb, and peach butter. Echoed on the full-bodied palate which adds layers of baked banana, mild baking spices, and bitter almond. Medium, food-friendly acidity. Medium long finish which continues the palate. A wonderfully complex Nimes white that will rival many CdP blends, all at an incredibly accessible price. Drink now through 2025. — 19 days ago
