Jästig och tråkigt pepprig inledningsvis. Efter ordentlig luftning klev en angenäm fruktighet fram. Helt ok! — 3 years ago
Delicious and easy to drink — 5 years ago
‘96 bought through an auction. Always a gamble, but this was well stored. We used to buy this in our early poor days— 3 kids and one nominal salary. Nostalgic purchase that has held up remarkably well. Delicious! — 5 years ago
See previous notes. They still apply. All the hallmarks of modern Australian Chardonnay. Nutty leesy aromas with rock melon notes - from the cool climate district near the city of Orange. A light to medium weight palate. Proving that the Orange/Tumbaramba district is a great area for cool climate Chardonnay with Penfolds sourcing fruit from here for their top Chardonnays like Yattarna. Also Phillip Shaw (former winemaker for Rosemount when they were famous) has set up a winery here under his own name. — 3 years ago

Does no betray that it is a SB at first blush. The grass is more a tertiary aroma beneath maybe a green apple nose.
On the palate the acid predominates but is not obtrusive. The wine is probably more of a Loire valley signature.
Rosslyn and Alix did not appreciate this wine at all. In fact they disliked it so much they did not drink it. — 3 years ago
