Superbly balanced Boudreaux blend. — 2 months ago
100 % Merlot. Transparent, but a lovely dark rose colored. Smells earthy, hint of B.O. or barn maybe. Also hint of berries. Flavors are are savory, with berries. Mountain berries. That savory streak really hits. Balance is lovely. Roses everywhere. I think this might have been a Trader Joe’s score. Great value for a lovely Boudreaux. Upon inspection, not Trader Joe’s. Must have come from Grocery Outlet then… — 3 months ago
Classic Boudreaux. This vintage was a little old but still good — 7 months ago
8 years later it’s still a velvet red. Give it at least 30 minutes to breath - more would be better. Dry cherries, currants, a faint hint of tobacco. The longer it sits the more pronounced the cherry and tobacco smell comes out. It remains dry, like a Boudreaux or Cabernet as you drink, but with more fruit smells and tastes. — 3 months ago
‘Best Buy’ according to Wine Enthusiast Mag. Dark color. Nose has lightest hint of marijuana. It also smells like stewed fruits. Flavors are dry, chewy and nice. Hints of star anise and all spice meet a lovely forest. Fruit flavors aren’t prominent, more savory with vermouth stuff. This is a Frenchie vacationing in Portugal. Has a Boudreaux vibe. It’s interesting and like-able. — 7 months ago
First wine from Tunisia! French inspired label. Lovely rosy-maroon color. Aroma is nutty and complex. Oak barrel element in there. Woodsy. Flavors are hammy& jammy. Peppers. (Red roasted and black both). Fairly complex. Sort of a mix of French Boudreaux blend and CA style Meritage. It’s interesting and enjoyable. Should age well even more. — 9 months ago

Very special vintage second growth Boudreaux with captivating nose of red rose petals, so apparent I can feel them! Pallet is beautiful: exquisitely balanced, full, lengthy finish, crowd pleaser. — a month ago
