Not complex but fruity and delicious — 2 years ago
Drank 12/21/19. Very nice with a home made deep dish pizza.
This vintage was much more enjoyable than the '15 which I previously had.
Nose of black cherry, earth, and a touch of barnyard. This vintage is much better balanced, with flavors of black and red cherry, backed by leather and medium tannins. Red cherry on the dry, medium finish. On sale at $15, a nice buy.

Star bright straw gold. Yellow apples and underripe pineapple in the nose. Medium body and the aforementioned fruit plus some brown stone on the palate. Medium plus acidity and a medium finish. Probably the best dry Riesling out there right now, and it’s not from Germany (though it *is* the Germanic part of Italy)! A natural with fish and other seafood, poultry, pork, or light to medium vegetarian dishes. Drink now through 2023. — 3 years ago

This pinot will definitely stand apart from others. The flavor is strong and delicious. I read a description that it has a tropical feel with pomegranate notes. I would fully agree. Since pinot wines are nice but lacking the strength of a good wine. This wine can pair pretty much everywhere from appetizer to main course to dessert. It can also be your wine of choice at any occasion. It's nickname should be "I can't believe it's a pinot!" — 4 years ago
