Pours an opaque black with a half-finger, frothy tan head. Smells of dark roasted malts, matched with the roasty, bitter characteristics of coffee and chocolate, a caramel sweetness, and a lingering tobacco flavor. If you're a fan of stouts, you're a fan of this beer. — 9 years ago
Stopped by the brewery in Fort Collins for a tasting and had to grab a sixer of their hallmark brew. Odell's IPA is smooth from start to finish. Aromas hint at pine and citrus, particularly grapefruit and some pineapple. The malt is slightly caramelly, but not overwhelmingly so. An easy and refreshing drink with some hop bitterness hitting late in the game. This beer is comparable to Ballast Point's Sculpin and other citrus-forward IPAs. Would definitely recommend. — 9 years ago

Delicious IPA boasting flavorful citrus and floral notes. There is a good mix of bitter and aromatic hops, with a dry taste up front and a delightful lingering bitterness. — 9 years ago

I love Knee Deep, and I love triple IPAs. While this is one tasty brew, Simtra provides a little more balance and a better flavor. — 9 years ago
