Vanilla and raisins on the nose. Fruity on the arrival, blackberries and strawberries. Beside the vanilla, not much wood influence. Great wine this one!

Prines and some herbal notes on the nose. Bayleaf in particular. Vegetal notes as well with cooked cabbage and cauliflower. Quite some tannins and leather on the palate but otherwise calm and subtle. The tannins remain on the finish, nice to pair with spicy food or smoked ham I guess.
