Recanati/Chaim Cohen/Fox Home limited edition Cabernet/Merlot/Shiraz. Relatively mild taste with no strong hints of any of the specific grapes used in the blend. Rather disappointing considering this is a limited edition with a well-known chef's name attached. Perhaps he intended it to be a cooking wine? — 9 years ago
